Descriptions and prices of our services are subject to change without prior notification. We also reserve the right to discontinue any service or offer at our discretion.
SECTION IV – REVISION POLICY
Revisions are dependent on the chosen package. The standard revision turnaround time is 48 working hours, but this may vary based on the client’s requirements and feedback. Unlimited revisions are available provided that the initial design and concept remain unchanged. Once an initial concept has been approved, the customer cannot request a concept redesign.
For animation videos, revisions are subject to the chosen package. Clients may request unlimited free revisions, as long as the design and concept remain unchanged. However, Shaatel retains the right to refuse any changes or revisions to animated videos. If Shaatel accepts the terms of revision for the animation video, the revision turnaround time will be at our discretion.
*Unlimited revisions require that the initial design and concept remain unchanged. The customer cannot request a redesign once an initial concept has been approved.
SECTION V – REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We offer a comprehensive money-back guarantee for all purchases made through our website. If you are dissatisfied with any product or service, you can claim a full refund with no questions asked.
You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 120 calendar days of your purchase.
